1. Sales Hours
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 6:00PM Eastern Standard Time
All claims must be made within 30 days.
A 15% restocking charge will be imposed on parts returned due to customer error.
Orders will be re-shipped at no additional charge if the shipping error is caused by us. Double the freight charge will be collected for any undeliverable package due to customer's error or absence.
Since B&D Enterprises, the seller, acts as the distributor of its products, it gives no guarantees. Our liability is limited to a refund of the purchase price for the individual part only, if it is found to have a manufacturer's defect.
4. Open Accounts
Our terms are NET 30 days for qualified customers. Please check with our sales department for details. B&D Enterprises reserves the right to terminate open accounts at any time. Past due accounts are subject to late payment charges of 2% per month.
5. Special Orders
We will gladly accept special order products which are not part of
our current inventory.
All orders for product not currently stocked by B&D Enterprises require a non-cancelable, non-refundable purchase order and may require payment in advance.

6. Pricing Availability
This site supersedes other publications made by B&D Enterprises.
We don't assume any responsibility for typographical errors.
The prices shown on this site reflect the latest information available. All prices, terms and conditions, and other charges provided herein are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
We will make every effort to inform the customer of any relevant updates.
7. Foreign Orders
Credit cards are encouraged. If not, payment in advance must be made
in US funds by wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C) or
international money order.
Note: all checks drawn from foreign banks must include a $15.00 handling fee. There are NO C.O.D. shipments to Canada.

merchandise plus all applicable shipping and handling charges.
Any underpayments will be shipped to you C.O.D. for the balance owed. Do not send cash. Cashier check, money order, company or certified check must accompany copy of email confirmation of order.
Company checks may be held until check has cleared.
10. Payment Methods
Credit cards are accepted world wide. Credit card payment is the quickest, most convenient method and is chosen by the majority of our customers. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We DO accept credit cards via a secure server using the Volusion SSL certificate on this website for your convenience.
11. Payment Terms
NO PERSONAL CHECKS
We will fax the final invoice upon request (see online order form). C.O.D. service is available in the U.S.A. only.
Note: There is a $20.00 service charge for any returned check in addition to all legal expenses if action is taken. A one time Non-Sufficient Funds check automatically places the customer on a C.O.D. cash or credit card basis only.
Priority Overnight: Delivery on next working day from shipment (by 10:30 A.M. in metropolitan areas)
Standard Overnight: Delivery on next working day from shipment
Economy 2-day: delivery in two working days from shipment.

UPS Next Day Air: delivery on next working day from shipment
UPS 2nd Day Air: delivery in two working days from shipment
